Dear Yoga In The Parkers,
Next Saturday March 19th Yoga In The Park is holding a special by-donation class to benefit medical supply & relief efforts in the disaster-struck areas of Japan. I can't yet bring myself to watch the footage of how bad it is, but I will, soon.
Proceeds from the class will go to Emergency Aid To Tsunami & Earthquake Survivors through online donation website Globalgiving.org
I know we're all feeling helpless and sad. We care because we are all connected and when one of us suffers, all of us suffer. Compassion is part of our condition. Helplessness doesn't have to be.
